we are still on the paperwork trail. we are feeling the term "paper pregnancy" in full now. we even get to do a few extra steps just to make sure our finances look right before we send them over to Ethiopia. we were blessed to meet with Manny and Jami Cervantes last week. we searched them out to get feedback on our finances and get some advice on how we can better plan for a new addition [ha, like we can really plan]. they were awesome. we left their home with a ton of info to mull over. it has been really good for casey and i to take a closer look at how we are handling the finances God has blessed us with.
we also wanted to let everyone know that we are having a... GARAGE SALE for our next round of fundraising. The date is set for Saturday, June 7th in the east parking lot of Sunnybrook Christian Church. if you would like to donate a few things to be sold, you can drop them off [priced hopefully] in the church lobby the thursday or friday before and we will take care of the rest. keep checking back for updates and things you can be specifically praying for.
