butler family adventures: still here

yep, the butler family is still alive and well. i have a whole list of things written down that i want to blog about but can't seem to cross them off my list. i'm not sure how we got so busy but david and i are out and about almost every day.

david is doing amazing. here are a few highlights:
1. he talks all the time unless we are around other people. i am trying to catch him saying different words on video - he has the sweetest little voice.
2. sleeping is getting better. we have had multiple all nighters now. the only set back has been that i'm not sleeping. looking forward to all of us sleeping.
3. loves to read. he now knows the difference between his bible and other books which makes my heart happy.
4. he loves his dada very much. he goes to the door all day in hopes that he will walk in.
5. since we don't live near our families he is learning about them via pictures. he's getting pretty good.
6. eats all the time. i hope he is nearing a growth spurt, if not, he's going to be very round.
7. he loves to climb on everything and push any button he can find.

we have our first family pictures tomorrow which i am so excited about. can you believe that we have been home for two and a half months and we still don't have a single picture of all three of us? that is ridiculous!
