this news is about a week old now but our paperwork has made it to Ethiopia and has been delivered. i was grateful to be in Mexico while our dossier was making its rounds through Europe. i'm sure i would have been checking that handy tracking number every day but thankfully i got to spend that week serving God in Piedras Negras. nothing like building a house for someone else to put things back into prospective.
our family coordinator said now we will just be waiting. we will now get to partake in the monthly conference calls from Ethiopia. i am anxious for the first one - i think this will be a great encouragement for us to hear what is going on in the courts there and then more importantly what is happening with the children.
please continue to pray for the family that has to leave David for us to have him. we pray that God would wrap his arms around them during this difficult time.
